Feeling stuck isn't a flaw, it's a signal.I'm Toby.For over 25 years I worked in the creative industry for high end luxury brands such as Apple and Dyson.Alongside that, I dedicated my free time to self development - practicing meditation, NLP, solution-focused hypnotherapy and generative coaching.Just as I turned 50, I was unexpectedly made redundant by email after 10 years in the company.It was a huge shock and blow to my confidence.I had to rebuild my world from the ground up. I lost my spark, felt flat, with no direction and no idea what my future looked like.What got me through wasn't a generic five year plan - it was actually using the very same self development tools that I had been learning about inside my own life.I now help people find their next direction, not by planning it out, but by settling first, and letting it surface.I found my own spark, and I can help you find yours too.
What Working With Me Looks Like

If it sounds like a fit, we'll set up a short call, fifteen minutes on Zoom, no pressure, just to see if this is right for you.
Prep session (1 hour)
We'll talk through the process properly, and I'll give you a short audio to help you settle into the work before we go deeper.
The session (a morning or afternoon, up to 4 hours)
This is where the real work happens.
We take a morning or an afternoon together and move through the full process, unhurried, with the time and space it actually needs. In person where possible, or over Zoom if that suits you better.
Three follow-up sessions (1 hour each, weekly)
The work doesn't end when you leave the room.
These sessions keep it alive, checking in, adjusting, making sure what surfaced actually takes root in your life.
FEES
Prep session, Half day + three follow-ups: £1,500
Follow-up sessions require 48 hours notice to reschedule.
